ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL REPORTING

Graber Home Resource group provides the most up to date and accurate financial reports possible. Our accountants prepare and provide monthly operating statements that give a detailed account of collections, disbursements, and day-to-day activity. Operating budgets and rental projections are provided for owner approval annually.  Our accounting staff will work closely with your CPA at year-end to prepare any necessary tax documents.

 

HOUSING  MAINTENANCE

Graber Home Resource group have an experienced maintenance staff who possess a variety of skills that include everything from changing light bulbs to major plumbing repairs.  When our maintenance staff encounters a project out of their reach, they are able to turn to one of our trusted vendors who we have successfully partnered with for many years.

 

Graber Home Resource group is determined to maintain a smoothly operated, safe environment for our residents by immediately tending to maintenance issues, as well as assuming the property is kept neat and clean.  In addition to daily grounds and building maintenance, our staff provides routine site inspections to certify the condition of the property is kept above average and that all state and federal codes are being met. Graber Home Resource group  also addresses all after hours, weekend, and emergency calls.
